To carry on the business of oil and gas, petroleum services and supplies in gas, gasoline, oil and petroleum products/marketing and to engage in the production and marketing of chemicals and lubricating products, to import and export petroleum products in crude and/or refined form and to manufacture lubricants, oil and insecticides chemicals.

To import, export, road transportation, market, and distribute, LNG Liquefied petroleum Gas (LPG) and to LNG, LPG by third parties and dealers in petrol, kerosene, diesel oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil and all petroleum products.

To carry on the business of oil field services and petroleum exploration, leasing, procurement, drilling, construction, erection, services and maintenance of refineries, pipelines, pumping and filling stations, supply, and distribution of gas, oil allied products, petroleum and petro-chemical products, inter and intra oil and gas business.

To carry on the business of general contracts, general merchandise, import and export, trading, marketing, sales and distribution of general goods, commission agents, manufacturer’s representatives, suppliers; to buy, sell, manufacture and deal in all articles substances, products, commodities, to prepare, package and preserve for sale, manufactured goods of all descriptions.

To carry on the business of construction works, with focus on pile foundation/geosite drilling, ground breaking technology solutions, shoring systems, deep artesian wells etc specialize in structural steel works, underground/surface tank, tankers/canopy warehouse, vertical tank, tower tank, x-ray welding, company and to provide construction work of every description including the design, erection, improvement, repairs, alteration, maintenance and demolition of construction works.

To carry on the business of construction works and building materials of every description, including borehole drilling, landscaping, building, erection, improvement, repairs, alteration, interior/ exterior decoration, maintenance and demolition of construction works.

To carry on business of onshore and offshore oil drilling, petrochemical and gas services, ship chandelling, mining, marketing, trading, and refining of petroleum products of all kinds and descriptions within and outside Nigeria. To act as petroleum product dealers; and to harness, process, render marketable, supply and deal in petroleum and petrochemical products.

To carry on business as project management and supervisors, design, contract administrators, joinery works, wrought iron and metal works and soft finishing.

To undertake the planning, design, development, building construction, testing and maintenance of construction works and products of all description and to alter same when necessary.
